2. Rewinding Power Section: Two winding motors work in conjunction with the main drive motor for three-phase motion control. The main drive motor controls the tension release and material take-up, while the German E+L tension controller performs closed-loop control, ensuring stable product tension and aesthetically pleasing winding quality.
3. Rewinding Mechanism: The winding arm uses an intermittent pressure roll (hydraulic control) positioning guide. During winding, it can automatically detect the winding diameter and adjust automatically to maintain the shortest process path. The winding method is center + surface winding.
4. Finished Product Winding Method: Equipped with a differential winding shaft, it can accommodate a wider range of materials and adapt to materials of varying thickness.
5. Finished Product Unloading Assistance: The machine is equipped with an automatic pusher mechanism and an independent unwinding material frame, allowing for quick and efficient unloading of finished products, saving manual labor.
6. Electrical Control Section: The operation interface uses a German Siemens LCD touch screen, allowing direct setting of various winding conditions and operational status on the screen. The control section uses a programmable controller for mechanical motion control, equipped with a self-diagnostic system for automatic fault diagnosis in case of machine malfunction.
7. Basic Material Layout: The machine features a split-type movable base with an automatic edge alignment device to ensure stable edge output, and it can also be equipped with additional devices.
8. Automatic Blade System: The machine uses a fully servo-controlled automatic blade mechanism for precise dimensions, saving manual blade adjustment time and increasing efficiency.
