2. Rewinding Power Section: One winding motor works in conjunction with the main drive motor for two-phase motion control. The main drive motor controls the tension release and material take-up, ensuring stable product tension and aesthetically pleasing winding quality.
3. Rewinding Automatic Section: The winding mechanism features a center + surface winding method, with an intermittent automatic positioning system and pressure transducer for closed-loop pressure control.
4. Automatic Packaging Section: Equipped with internal and external material placement mechanisms and manual tension control.
5. Finished Product Unloading Section: Manual sensing and material handling cart equipped with a transport track.
6. Waste Material Handling Section: Features a suction blower and central waste material winding device.
7. Electrical Control Section: The operation interface uses an LCD touch screen, allowing direct setting of various winding conditions and operational status on the screen. The control section uses a programmable controller for mechanical motion control, equipped with a self-diagnostic system for automatic fault diagnosis in case of machine malfunction.
