1. Main engine transmission part: AC motor with frequency converter is adopted as the material transmission power, and the acceleration and deceleration are stable and fast.
2. Winding power part: One winding motor cooperates with the main engine motor for two-motor motion control. The main engine motor isolates the unwinding and winding motors to control the tension, ensuring stable tension and beautiful appearance of the finished product.
3. Automatic winding part: Center + surface winding method is adopted. When the meter count reaches the set value, automatic roll changing and automatic material resetting mechanisms work.
4. Automatic packaging part: Mechanical device for placing inner packaging and outer packaging materials, with manual tension control.
5. Automatic finished product unloading part: Automatic finished product unloading with lifting induction of the unloading trolley and automatic 90-degree flipping mechanism.
6. Electrical control part: The operation interface adopts an LCD touch screen, on which various winding conditions and operation statuses can be set directly. The control part uses a programmable controller for mechanical action control and is equipped with a self-detection system, which can diagnose the cause of machine failures by itself.
7. Basic unwinding form: Split movable machine base, ultrasonic / CCD deviation correction system.
8. Waste disposal device: Suction fan type / center winding type.
