JUYOU Provides On-Site Slitter Rewinder Support for A Long-Term Customer in Spain

During our recent customer visit across Europe and Russia, the JUYOU management and sales team stopped by the factory of a long-term customer in Spain.

This customer has been using a JUYOU slitter rewinder in daily production for years. During the visit, our team noticed that the anti-static bar bracket on the machine required repair and adjustment. To help the customer restore the component properly, the JUYOU team immediately visited a nearby hardware store, purchased the necessary tools and fittings, and completed the repair directly at the customer’s site.

The work included removing the temporary wooden support, drilling new mounting holes, tapping threads, installing the bracket securely, and checking the related machine area after the repair. The team also carried out simple cleaning and inspection around the machine to make sure the component was properly positioned for continued production use.
