1. Main Drive Section: Uses AC motors equipped with frequency converters for material transmission, ensuring stable and rapid acceleration and deceleration. (Optional configuration with German Siemens servo motors or American ABB servo motors)
2. Rewinding Power Section: Two winding motors work in conjunction with the main drive motor for three-phase motion control. The main drive motor controls the tension release and material take-up, ensuring stable product tension and aesthetically pleasing winding quality.
3. Rewinding Mechanism: The winding arm uses an intermittent位移 (displacement) guide wheel, which can automatically detect the winding diameter during winding, automatically adjust, and maintain the shortest process path. The winding method can be used for both center and surface winding, allowing for flexible application when rewinding different materials.
4. Finished Product Winding Method: Equipped with a platen bar and air pressure shaft as well as a differential winding shaft, it can accommodate a wider range of materials. The shaft change mechanism is specially designed for easy replacement.
5. Finished Product Unloading Assistance: The machine is equipped with an integrated rotary frame for unloading, allowing for quick completion during the unloading of finished products.
6. Electrical Control Section: The operation interface uses an LCD touch screen, allowing for direct setting of various winding conditions and operational status on the screen. The control section uses a programmable controller for mechanical motion control, equipped with a self-diagnostic system for automatic fault diagnosis in case of machine malfunction.
7. Basic Material Layout: The machine features a split-type movable base with an automatic edge alignment device to ensure stable edge output, and it can also be equipped with additional devices.
8. Waste Material Handling Device: Equipped with a suction fan or center winding device.
